Terms and Conditions - Access Keys

  1. If you are a new Safe In Store Pass Customer purchasing Access Keys, an 'Admin Login and Site' will be created. If payment is made during business hours, your 'Admin Login and Site' will be setup and access details emailed to you within 2 hours of confirmation of payment. Outside business hours Access will be available the next day. Payments by bank deposit may take up to 2 days before receipt is confirmed by our bank.
  2. If you are an existing Safe In Store Pass customer and payment is made during business hours, Access Keys will be made available within 2 hours of confirmation of payment. Outside business hours Access Keys will be available the next day. Payments by bank deposit may take up to 2 days before receipt is confirmed by our bank.
  3. All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars unless arranged prior to payment.
  4. Prepaid access logins are non refundable.
  5. Access keys will expire if not used within 1 year from purchase date.
Opting to pay by Credit Card:
  1. Once you click on 'Pay by Credit Card' you will be directed to the Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) payment portal, where a secured online payment can be made.
  2. All credit card transactions are processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) and the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ).
  3. Once payment by credit card is processed, you will receive a tax invoice via email from Intuto New Zealand Ltd.
  4. These invoices are created and emailed first thing every business day.
Opting to pay by Bank Deposit
  1. Once you click on 'Pay by Bank Deposit' you will be emailed instructions containing our bank account information and required fields so that we can match your payment to your order for access keys.
  2. You will also receive a second email with a tax invoice from Intuto New Zealand Ltd.
  3. Admin Login and Access Keys will be sent through when receipt of payment is confirmed.
